A two step approach
- iKons qualifies a role from the client, sources the appropriate candidate, gets 2 referrals, and submit them to the client with an interview time for the same or next day;
- If the client is looking for a broader engagement, iKons’ development team will interact with the client’s CTO/Project leader and define a suitable work plan and communication platform for project implementation. Both solutions are offered at 25% less than existing BPO market prices.
